Diane Fettis Frederick, BA, CMC owner

Diane Fettis Frederick is a life long Wichitan, and a graduate of Wichita State University. Her passion for the care of the elderly began when she volunteered, at the age of 13, through her church youth group, at various nursing centers.

Years later, after having two sons, she went back into the workforce as the Director of Social Services for a local nursing facility. During the next six years, Diane saw the tremendous need that families have during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Families were frightened, confused and did not know who to turn to or what to do when faced with the changes that their elderly loved ones were experiencing.

Diane began formulating the idea of starting a business that would encompass all aspects of geriatric care. One place that people could rely on to help them to make good choices and provide Peace of Mind in a very difficult time. From this idea, Keystone Support Services was founded in 1999. In 2009, Diane became a Certified Geriatric Care Manager through the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
